No....I'm not going out for a walk with the dog!  I'm going Skiing!! :-)

For the second time this year I am off to the slopes.  "The slopes in August?" I hear you cry.  OK, confession time......it's an artificial slope.  A snow dome in Hemel Hempstead of all places.

Hemel Hempstead!  Home to.....eh.....let me think.....eh.....just a sec......eh...
Hemel Hempstead!  Famous for.....eh.....hold on.....(there must be something?).....eh.....

What can I say!  It has a snow dome.  And tomorrow night it will have a visit from a very rowdy Irish Ski Club.....maybe it will be famous for something after that visit.  Or should that be notorious.

Who cares!!  I'll have my skis on and a happy face.  I hope I can remember what to do  :-/

Oh wait.....I just heard that Hemel Hempstead is famous for Europe's biggest peacetime explosion....!!  Jeez...
