11 D...

I saw two, not one but TWO, 11 D registered cars today!  Whats going on.  I thought the Motor Industry collapsed when I left it (or when it left me.....!).  But, neither of them were Kia's....wooooo, ha ha ha ha (Evil laugh)!!!.
